About Katie

Katie is an Emmy nominated and Canadian Screen Award nominated makeup artist and hair stylist based in Toronto, Ontario. From a very young age, she has always been interested in exploring any kind of creative outlet, whether it be visual art such as painting and sculpting, or performance art through theatre and dance.

She found her true creative passion in makeup artistry at the age of 18, starting her career over a decade ago in the beauty and bridal industry, and has since broadened her range of expertise to include such skills as Hairstyling, Airbrushing, Out-of-Kit Effects and Prosthetic Makeup.

Katie has always made it her continuous goal to be a versatile artist, and to be able to take on any opportunity that comes her way with confidence. Whether it be hair and makeup styling for a bride, or creating a monster makeup for a film project, she brings with her professionalism, a keen eye for detail and an unstoppable artistic drive.
